For sale is a 1967 Volvo 1225 owned for over 30 years and love it. Since owner this car, it was garaged 90% of the time. The car is in good condition and runs well. There are 3 small dings in the body and the bottom driver's door has a touch of cancer. The trunk lock cylinder is missing but the latch works. Spacer is missing from driver door interior handle. Also owners mechanic tells him the car should have the 8 rubber bushings in the steering linkage replaced, a $600 job. Some modifications made to the original car; new wheels, new upholstery, laminated wood dash, front seatbelts and a recessed motorized antenna that works. Included are the 2 manuals and 5 original wheels, with tires. The odometer was not working for a time. It says 65,000. Owner would be surprised if the actual mileage was more than 120,000. It is the original engine, and never had any major work done on it. The car starts right up.
