1969 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 "Tribute" Restomod (LS3) For Sale Was an LS1, Converted to a LS3 A complete frame off restoration was performed in 2017 by a reputable shop. Specifications: New steel doors, new fenders, new quarters, new hood, new trunk lid, new floors, new radiator support, new inner fenders etc. Vehicle has absolutely no rust. The entire car was stripped, primed and painted and properly placed back together with all new nuts and bolts. With new paint and strips, all new felts and weather stripping through-out the entire car. All side windows, rear and front windshields are new. Front and rear bumpers are new including the stainless trim moldings. All new mirrors and handles are new. Drive Train: Engine has an LS3 6.3 Litre (383 cubic inches) from an early 2000's Corvette. It was disassembled and rebuilt with LS3 Stroker kit and all new internal parts. The car has 6 speed manual t- 56 transmission that came out of the same corvette mentioned above. The transmission was disassembled, checked and reassembled with all new gaskets and seals. Clutch and flywheel are all new! Also included is new custom drive shaft connected to a new 12 bolt rear end with 4:10 gears and Eaton Posi Unit. Brand new gas tank with new electric fuel pump, new polished aluminum radiator and new electric fans, new hoses, lines, nuts, bolts, brackets, new flow master exhaust. Suspension: All new springs, shocks, bushings, sway bar for front and back. Lowered 2 inches front and back. New top and bottom tubular arms on front suspension, new spindles, bearings, ball joints, new steering column and new steering wheel. New close ratio steering box, all new master cylinder, lines, calipers, rotors, brake pads and big disc brakes on all four corners and new Riddler wheels. Interior: All new front and back door panels, carpet, dash pad. Front and rear seats have been reupholstered, new headliner, new sun visors, all new aftermarket auto meter gauges and cluster inserts etc. *** New in 2021 - Newly installed Classic AC which blows ice cold air. New custom audio system installed with superb sound quality. Tons of receipts and paperwork to backup what was done to vehicle. The car runs strong, sounds great and drives like a new car.
