1969 Volkswagen Bus *VW BUS/ WESTY*I have put a lot of time and love into this bus. This bus has been painted inside and out(Lotus White), the engine has been rebuilt and brought back to stock specs, it has a new clutch and throw out bearing and the flywheel has been resurfaced. The brakes have been completely gone through(new shoes, flexible rubber line, emergency brake cables) all the lights and instruments are in working order. This bus runs and drives very smoothly and everything works as it should. The interior is stock and original so it does have some wear but it looks good for 46 years old. I put a new canvas in for the pop-top and the roll out cot is installed in the top as well. This bus came with a radio delete and it is hard to believe that nobody has ever installed a radio! I have the original owners manual with the stamp date of purchase from the dealer! It has a new front windshield and new rubber window (German) seals, as well as new door seals. This truly is a good bus, ready to go camping, go to shows or just driving around and having fun.....Doors: 3
