This iconic 1971 Land Rover Series IIA 109 station wagon was extensively restored to maintain the period charm, but at the same time was substantially upgraded to make it drive much faster, safer, and more reliably. The rare feature on this 109 is the 200tdi engine upgrade which almost doubles the horsepower from stock. The Bronze Green paint is a classic land rover color which looks perfect on series rovers. No rust anywhere! The frame and bulkhead are perfect. There are only 44,XXX miles on the truck. This 109 features a Safari Roof with Alpine windows which provides great visibility and that signature 'fishbowl' feel. The truck sports a galvanized roof rack with lots of accessories for overlanding! New leather interior. Bench seats in the back so it can accommodate 10-12 passengers.
