1971 Pontiac GTO 12 year old body off restoration. DuPont chrome yellow with blacked out trim.The body has no rust but does have a few paint flaws. Had OEM full quarters and new floor pan installed when done.All new Poly-Graphite body mounts and suspension bushings. Fresh engine and transmission this spring.Be-Cool aluminum radiator with Flexalite high volume electric fan.The car is an original 4 speed car. It's currently setup with a TH400 automatic(I have all the 4 speed M21 close ratio parts including a nice original center console) B/M ratchet shifter,mild shift kit with 2100 rpm stall converter. Engine is a standard bore '1972' 400(I have the date code correct short block that needs a rebuild)with Sealed Power forged pistons,Carrillo H-beam rods,high volume Melling oil pump,double roller timing chain,Comp cams Ram air IV cam,HEI distributor with Jacobs high energy coil and modulator,#96 dual spring GTO big valve d-port heads with 1.6 ratio roller tip rockers, Edelbrock carb and intake Heddman long tube headers, 2.5' exhaust with balance tube,Flo-pro mufflers,2.25' tailpipes and OEM chrome tips. 4 wheel SSBC stainless disc brakes.C-code 'true 12 bolt'rear axle with 3.55 Richmond gears,Auburn limited slip, hardened Moser street axles. American Racing Torq Thrust 15'wheels with BFG tires (original honeycomb wheels available) The interior is nice with a tilt column,new carpet and headliner, Corbeau seats, and a Just Dash's slip on cover.
