1972 Jaguar XJ6 The XJ was the flagship, full-size, luxury cruisers sold by Jaguar. It had a long history, with the first model released in 1968, and the model has been featured in countless media and high profile appearances. The Series 1 was introduced in September 1968, produced in Coventry, England with a total of 59,077 XJ6 4.2 litre short wheelbase cars produced.
