I have a 1973 Triumph Stag that I have owned since 1978. I took it in on trade with a bad engine. It was stored in my garage for 40+ years when I decided to rebuild it. Having just semi retired I now had the time to work on it. I pulled the motor and had my race car shop rebuild it to include all new pistons ,rings, bearings, etc. and heat treat the crank as that was a weak spot from the factory. The top end was rebuilt and all cam chains and tensioners were replaced and the chains were replaced with the upgraded german chains. The diff was removed ,resealed and replaced. Brakes were rebuilt and all new lines installed and master cylinder replaced. Clutch plate and pressure plate were replaced and hydraulics rebuilt. Fuel pump and tank were removed, checked, cleaned and replaced as well as all fuel lines and carbs rebuilt. Wheels were sand blasted and power coated and new tires installed. The pictures tell the condition . It is as clean underneath as outside. There aren't many of these around and definitely not as rust free and clean as this one.
