1977 Chevy Blazer, Original 2wd Rotisserie restoration/customization. Every nut and bolt removed and either replaced with stainless or grade 8 hardware where applicable. Chassis was powder-coated and so were all suspension items attached. When disassembled, I sent out as many parts to be powder-coated as possible. Only the best (basically OEM) parts were used and everything was replaced or rebuilt. This were no expenses spared on this build and it shows in every way. New 400ci Dart Racing Engines short block with Comp Cams valvetrain. Air Flow Research aluminum heads, Holley multi-port fuel injection, Billet Specialties front accessory drive system with XL Sanden SD7 compressor, Derale dual electric fan module, Custom made aluminum intake tube with cold air box. Engine block and transmission painted to match body. Factory AC components remain (converted to R134) so the system can be cold even with no window film in Arizona. Core support, inner fenders, grille slats and many other components underhood painted body color to tie it all together. Professionally built 700R4 overdrive transmission. 3.73 rear gears. The truck cruises down the road at 70 and about 2200rpm’s. This truck was in storage for 22 years and is an original 64K mile truck. It did have a few areas of rust, but they were all repaired. I did the bodywork myself (9 months of sanding and primer) and used Squeege’s Kustoms epoxy primer. PPG brand: sealer, custom mixed base, and clear. Door jambs were painted 2 tone also and meticulous care taken to make them as nice as the exterior body panels. Spot welds and excess metal from the factory were all removed, deburred, or filled to give every aspect of the painted surface a smooth clean finish that you simply do not see on even many high-end paint jobs. Further, the doors, fenders and quarters were sanded as “one piece” so as to make them seem like they are all 1 surface and blend together with no visible transition from panel to panel.Body Style: SUVDoors: 2Fuel Type: GasDrive Type: 2WD
