1978 Datsun 280Z, I am the second owner, 55,565 original miles, 5 speed manual, Factory AC, Everything is original and showroom perfect, Original Paint, Original Interior, Original, Carpet, etc. This car has not been driven in the snow or rain. Always Garaged, I bought this car in 1999 with about 49,500 miles on the car, I have put about 5,000 miles on the car in the last 20 years. No rust. This is close to showroom new in every way. For example, the brake pads are original and look brand new with no wear. This is how this car has been taken care of. Everything works perfectly on the car. The AC is super cold, The car has Michelin tires and drives just like new. The changes or modifications from original are: Bilstein struts, Alpine stereo with top of the line speaker system, New steering wheel, an aftermarket drop in center console that just fits into original console,alloy wheels, headers, and carpeted floor mats. I have everything to make the car completely original: I have the original steering wheel, original wheels and hubcaps, original exhaust manifold, and original radio. There is a good chance that this 280Z may be one of the nicest original examples of a 280Z in the country. I have all the original service receipts, the original window sticker, original sales brochures, etc. See Pictures. The car has aftermarket fog lights installed underneath the front bumper. They do make a difference driving at night but can be easily taken off.
