1980 Datsun 1200 Have owned for 2 years. Bought it while on vacation in Australia and imported it to U.S. Great running and driving condition. Starts and drives first turn of key. Turn key and GO! Have been driving it off and on for 2 years and love it. Never driven in snow or on salted roads, garage kept The only issue in the car is that the fuel guage is not accurate. Also the dash lights do not illuminate. It has won awards at a few auto shows. Right hand drive. Legally imported in 2017 from Australia. All paperwork included from US Customs. Current title. 4 speed factory manual transmission. Datsun A14 (1400cc) engine swap from a B210 including a Weber 32/36 Carburetor upgrade Electronic distributor upgrade. Front brake upgrade - Girlock twin piston calipers and larger rotors. The struts are from a larger 910 datsun which allow better braking and handling. Rota 15' Shakotan wheels 15x9 rear. 15x8 front. Falken tires. 195 50 r15 tires. Fiberglass fender flares. Front duckbill spoiler. New rear drum brakes. New radiator. New suspension. New Alternator. Vinyl tray/bed cover aftermarket - VERY RARE - included 99.9% rust free body. There is small areas of rust shown on the photographs. Some minor scrapes and scratches here and there. The underbody is rust free. Since it was imported from the Outback of Australia rust is not an issue on this vehicle! Interior has Sparco F200 seats nearly brand new. Interior is complete with all factory gauges, dash, console, glove box, emergency jack, and parcel shelf. Heater works. Cigarette lighter does not.
