1980 Mercedes 300TD Unique 4 speed swapped non turbo touring. This car has been in California since the mid 80s and is a true survivor. It has had a consistent and loving service history and this wagon is ready to drive anywhere. Documented maintenance history all performed in the last 24 months Glow plugs Engine coolant short hose kit Rear hatch struts New Nissens radiator New expansion tank with plug pre installed New fan clutch New water pump Water pump bolt upgrade kit from Mercedes source Recently adjusted valves using the correct tools from Mercedes source Fresh valve cover gasket Climate control servo bypass (allows for manual adjustment of hot and cold) Main upper and lower radiator hoses New rear sway bar links New diff mount Fresh brakes (pads and rotors) Rebuilt calipers Included in the sale but not currently installed Window regulator to replace the broken driver side unit Two new rear axle shafts (nothing wrong with current parts) Car runs, starts, and stops without issues. Starts on on the first crank and goes in and out of all the gears! Its truly a joy to drive....mind you it is not going to break any land speed records. The body is accident and damage free and wears its original paint. Some edges and part of the car have burn marks but to be expected with original single stage paint. Slight onset of rust bubbles under the rear window but fenders, doors, and all inner structures are rust free and extremely solid. Some stains in the carpets but overall is presents very well! Gets tons of attention everywhere it goes! Will not disappoint. Clean Ca title.
