1981 GMC C1500 is a custom truck. This truck at one time was a one off show truck. Someone had untold amounts of money in this truck. It is being sold as a roller but it had a 468 BBC with a 871 blower and two 1050 dominator carburetors with air conditioning setup on it. All of the body has been shaved and the body work is lazer straight. Even the hole cut for the blower to stick out is flanged upwards. There are a few dings here and there mostly on the tailgate. Other than that the body is super straight. This is beyond a great starting point with this truck. It has been back halved and axle narrowed ladder bar set up. It has 33/22.50/15 Mickey Thompson drag radials on weld prostar 15x15 rear wheels and all new stainless exhaust and mufflers. The frame is painted and has all steel braided fuel hoses, MSD box, holder for the fuel pump, and the biggest fuel cell the current owner has ever seen under the bed cover. The bed cover lifts and stays up with lifters like a hood. The back half work and inner larger fender wells in the bed are second to none. the engine bay is the same way. It has custom made inner fender wells, firewall, and header panel. There is a huge radiator with 2 electric fans, aftermarket billet power steering pump as well as billet reservoir and catch cans, chrme master cylinder, chrome brake reservoir cover, and dual fuel pressure gauges. Everything was very professionally done. The factory air conditioning box and all are still on the truck. The interior is all missing except fir a steering whell with a painted column, bilet pedals, and billet shifter as well. Also, the cab, doors, and inner doors have been sound dampened. the truck ran 3 batteries in th back and has a hydraulic pump in the bed that with the flip of a swith raises the front end about 3'. Someone started to sand the passenger side rear quarter for paint. This was not damage that was repaired. It is simply where someone used a DA on the truck. This truck has power windows.Doors: 2
