1982 Volkswagen Rabbit pickup with the 1.6 diesel. The only rust I see is a little bubble at the bottom of passenger door. It runs and drives great. Tires have plenty of tread. Interior is almost mint. I daily drive this thing, has a block warmer and I’ll include 4 new glow plugs. Now for the bad, it’s painted rattle can white, the hood flew off on the freeway. Bent one of the hinges, and bent the hood. I’m sure I’ll end up getting it fixed before sale. The other thing is 5th gear doesn’t work, I believe it’s just an alignment issue within the transmission.
