1984 VW Westfalia Vanagon 1.9L Water Cooled Engine 4 Speed Manual Transmission Brand New Clutch Installed New Pop Top Canvas installed 1.9L Water Cooled Engine 4 Speed Manual Transmission Brand New Clutch Installed New Pop Top Canvas installed Odometer broken at 241,139 miles. The engine was rebuilt around 240k miles (when the odometer broke). The previous owner put around 30k miles on it after the rebuild when I received it. And traveling halfway across the country in my year, I've driven just under another 10k miles. We're looking at around 40k on the rebuilt engine. Features: Original Interior Sleeps 4: 2 in the Pop Top and 2 in the fold out seat bed. Camper stove, sink, refrigerator, and fold out table RV hookups: water, gas, and electric 7 plus storage cabinets Recent work: Front tires replaced less than a year ago, Back tires replaced 1.5 years ago. New exhaust kit New electric ignition switch Alignment done New front shock absorbers New upper ball joints; both sides Replace left front brake rotor & bearings New front brake pads Complete fuel injection system cleaning Full synthetic oil change Replaced gaskets Complete engine tune-up (replaced spark plugs) Complete engine coolant flush and new antifreeze Engine removed to reseal and clean. Known Issues: The Speedometer and Odometer have stopped working. OXS light remains ON. Temperature gauge does not move (but does light up). There is a Bondo crack in the driver side rear panel. (pictured) Additions: Kenwood bluetooth audio system with Punch subwoofer installed. 15” Mercedes Benz wheels (stock is 14'). New driver area carpet.
