1990 VW Vanagon *never had any rust - desert-type climate. Also garaged. *never in any accidents *strong rebuilt 2.0L Pancake engine runs like new - very smoothly (just tuned up by expert) most VW's sound 'putt putt putt' but ours sounds like the smoth 'whir' of a Porsche. Smooth-shifting Automatic tranmission newer brakes, battery, tires, shocks, belts, hoses, more. well maintained - does NOT need any mechanical work (no, does NOT have any of the typical VW oil leaks) everything works - guages, lights, etc. Some features: rack and pinion steering, power-assisted brakes, and front and rear independent suspension. front bucket seats, a rear window defogger, a padded instrument panel, a sliding side door, and a lockable glove box. originally came with A/C but needs the comprssor.
