This beautiful SC400 is in gorgeous shape, looks like the day it came off the showroom floor. Very minor work as this automobile has held up extremely well.
The first year of the SC400 was 1992 and very few were imported to North America for the first two years. As a result, there are not many of this vintage left on the road today. This unit has over 440,000km but still performs excellently which speaks well of it's durability.
The gold paint still has a mirror finish, tan leather seats, carpets and beige interior decor with bird's eye wood accents. Air bags for both front driver and passenger seats. Fully loaded with all the goodies of the time including a Nakamichi stereo system with 7 high-output speakers and a CD changer - 12 disc capacity.This awesome ride has only seen one minor accident as the driver's side door collided with a pillar in a parking garage. Some other small dings and scratches over time but nothing serious to have required a single replacement part. Very small evidence of rust in the wheel wells which can be touched up easily. The car has been detailed and shines!
This automobile has never seen a smoker and was meticulously pampered by a very discerning owner. Every aspect of this car has been expertly maintained by the original Lexus dealership. The power train, suspension, brakes, electrical system and A/C are all in excellent working order with complete records. Timing belt and water pump packages have been replaced and a new A/C compressor was recently installed with the new approved coolant.
Features after sales aluminum alloy rims complete with summer and winter tires. This SC400 is powered by a 4.0 litre, four cam, 32 valve, V-8, which produced 250 horsepower and 260 lb ft of torque, zipping from 0 to 60 in 6.9 seconds and achieving a top speed of 240 km/h. Considering it's weighty build, large engine and high performance the fuel efficiency is outstanding.
