Description
1968 Mustang Convertible. It's a very solid little car that just needs a little TLC to bring it up to the next level. The interior was completely restored...new seats, carpet, door panels, steering wheel, instrument panel gauge bezels and a new convertible top! The little 200 cu. in. straight six cylinder engine runs smooth as silk and the C4 automatic transmission still shifts great.
The chrome bumpers have been replaced and the owner has a lot of new side and front and back trim pieces that haven't been installed but will go with the sale of the car. The radial tires are new too! The paint and body is where the TLC comes in. There are a few dings in the hood and the driver's side front fender, but nothing too major at all.
It has a new fuel tank, fuel sending unit, oil pressure sensor and a fuel pump. The battery is fairly new too. Mechanically, she runs great and would make a great little cruiser when she's all done. I have close to 90 pictures and video upon request.

Classic Ford Mustang Buyer's Guide
The Ford Mustang launched on April 17, 1964 and sold a million units faster than any car in American history. Sixty years later, the first-generation Mustang (1964½-1973) remains the cornerstone of the classic car hobby — the gateway car for new collectors, the trophy car for veteran enthusiasts, and the most cloned, faked, and re-stamped muscle car on the market. Whether you're hunting a base inline-six coupe or a documented Boss 429, knowing what separates the real cars from the tribute builds is the difference between an investment and a money pit.
