Description
1973 Ford Mustang Grande Well Optioned Car Good Running 351C V8 Automatic Transmission Striking Blue Exterior Paint Custom Gray Cloth Interior Factory Power Steering Factory Power Front Disc Brakes Factory Air Conditioning 17' Chrome Wheels This is a good looking '73. It was restored back in 2007 and left in storage after the financial issues of '08. Sadly it was only covered and on gravel, not safely in a garage.
The cover largely spared the car from serious damage but not completely. The paint still shines nicely and wasn't sun baked. There are some micro bubbles visible upon very close inspection. Body rust wise is minimal for this breed but there is some above the passenger tail light and a few small bubbles under the vinyl top.
This one runs and drives fine currently. However, we highly recommend a full inspection of the braking and fuel system because it has been sitting for an extended amount of time. Classic Ford Mustang Buyer's Guide
The Ford Mustang launched on April 17, 1964 and sold a million units faster than any car in American history. Sixty years later, the first-generation Mustang (1964½-1973) remains the cornerstone of the classic car hobby — the gateway car for new collectors, the trophy car for veteran enthusiasts, and the most cloned, faked, and re-stamped muscle car on the market. Whether you're hunting a base inline-six coupe or a documented Boss 429, knowing what separates the real cars from the tribute builds is the difference between an investment and a money pit.
