Description
1976 Chevrolet K10 This truck has been rebuilt with different parts from different years, the body is a 1983, the frame is a 1976, the axels are 1974. It needs a new battery, there's a small problem with the starter, the drive line needs to be hooked up, there's one rust spot that i'm worried about, I can get all of these things fixed before it is sold though. It has some rust on it as any old truck would, it has new tail light lenses (the previous owner spray painted over them) it also has a lift kit, previous owners did it themselves, I believe it is a 4' lift.
It has brand new 35' mud terrains plus a spare, 350 motor, 8 cylinder, 4-speed manual, 5.7 liters, edlebrock avs2 carburetor. The driver side door has been replaced and has power locks and power windows, the passenger door is the one that came with the truck, but there is an extra door with power locks and windows in the bed of the truck that will be included. The hood latch doesn't like to open so we have been leaving it cracked open, the previous owner said he did some work on the transfer case so I'm not sure of the condition of it.
It starts if you jump it (battery needs to be replaced), and it runs and sounds amazing, minus these small problems. Classic Chevrolet K10 4x4 Buyer's Guide (1960β1987)
The K10 occupies a unique space in classic truck collecting: it has the visual appeal of the most desirable C10, plus a live front axle, a transfer case, and the ability to go off-road if you point it that way. The market has figured this out. Values on clean 1967β1972 K10s have roughly tripled over the past decade. A genuine, rust-free factory K10 is a truck worth finding and paying for. Here's how to tell a real one from a conversion β and what to inspect once you find it.
