1934 Plymouth 4 Door Sedan PE Deluxe| This has to be the finest 1934 Plymouth 4 Door Sedan PE Deluxe on the Planet! It belongs to a very good friend of mine who says it needs to be in a museum...it's that nice. I've spent the last two days going over all of the hand written notes, drawings, receipts and all the paperwork from the past owners and especially from the gentleman who performed the extensive body off, complete nut and bolt restoration starting back in 1979. He documented every part, every purchase and every dollar that was spent on the restoration. The paint is incredible.....Ditzler - DAR2368, Dark Sandlewood Acrylic Enamel that looks like it was painted yesterday but restored in 1980. And that doesn't include his labor costs! He went to great lengths to make sure he found NOS parts at swap meets where ever he went. He was meticulous in making sure that this car was reassembled exactly the way it built originally. From the history of ownership, it looks like it came from Silver City, Iowa where it spent most of its life. Then in 1974, came to Bolingbrook, IL where it was driven a short while until 1978 when it was purchased by the man who restored this Plymouth back to life. My good friend bought the car along with a ton of extra parts last year from his widow. He feels it needs to be shown in a museum for all to see the incredible artistry and craftsmanship that went into this 1934 Plymouth PE Deluxe. The straight six engine and 3 speed transmission were all rebuilt as well back in 1980. Only 10,501 actual miles have been put on this car since its restoration back in 1980! It runs and drives superbly! Everything works as it should! Even the dual split passenger windows operate correctly and with ease. In fact, all the windows operate beautifully. The interior is incredible from the Mohair-Welt headliner to the Bill Hirsch carpeting to the LeBaron Bonney & Co. upholstery. The instrument panel is a work of art.Body Style: SedanDoors: 4
