1939 BUICK SERIES 40 TOURING SEDAN 4 DOOR SUICIDE MODIFIED TO A DURHAM STYLE TOWN CAR Street rod has a lot of history documented First built in 1973/1974 as a street/show car Had feature articles in several mags of that era have copies of them First class show car with trophies and dash plaques Body style is very fluid and graceful with an unbelievably beautiful front grill and accents Suicide rear doors are very cool Rear 1/3 of the roof is landau black vinyl - very cool Nicely built and maintained classic rod New air shocks added to rear for added clearance when loading the rear with friends/family It is a beautiful car with a fairly current repaint two tone charcoal dark gray (near black) and a silver/gray lighter color - very sharp Interior is nice plush dark burgundy not new very nice.
