1958 Lincoln Continental Mark III Convertible, 7.0 L 430 cubic inch V8 big block engine rated at 375 HP. 4-barrel carburetor. 3 speed automatic transmission. 1 of 3,048 produced this Mark 3 is pure luxury top to bottom. Star mist white code 7 paint perfect lines, gaps and fit over great sheet metal. Flawless chrome inset rear bumpers. Chrome tipped fins and wheel well covers. 2 tone white / brown chrome original steering wheel. Factory white leather interior and beautiful vinyl dash pad and covering, wrap around ribbed Aluminum dash insert, with brown carpeting. Power windows, power door locks. It has a full power convertible top in excellent working condition, parade boot, and power rear window. The Lincoln Mark Series traces its roots to the early Lincoln Continental. The Mark Series served as the flagship for Lincoln, and its first variant was the Mark III. These 1958-1960 cars were the largest unit-construction cars ever built and were constructed alongside the Ford “squarebird” Thunderbird four seaters at a brand-new Wixom, Michigan plant. The ultimate “Hot Rod Lincoln” Road & Track recording 0-60 MPH runs in 8.7 seconds and a 116 MPH top speed.
