1967 k10 SHORT BED 4X4 REAL FACTORY 1 OF 1046 EVER MADE. HOW MANY ARE LEFT? NOT MANY…… SUPER RARE TRUCK!!!!! VIN TAG IN THE DOOR MATCHES THE FRAME! SEE PICTURES PART OF THE BUILD SHEET IS STILL IN THE SEAT SEE PICTURE ORIGINAL DARK AQUA POLLY WITH FAWN INTERIOR ACCORDING TO BUILD SHEET. SEE THE ORIGINAL PAINT EVERYWHERE UNDERNEATH AND IN THE JAMS. BEAUTIFUL. RUNS, DRIVES AND STOPS. FACTORY V8 STICK SHIFT 4WD It starts right up. Idles nice. No power steering or brakes. Steering is on the loose side of course. All the gauges work. It stops decent. Doesn’t over heat. The rear main seal is leaking as usual. It is not the original motor and the prior owner (PO) did not have it anymore. Believed to be a 350. always has good oil pressure. It shifts fine and the clutch grabs towards the top. Have never tried the 4X4 but everything is there and hooked up. The only non-original part of the drive line is the motor. Tire are like new. The body is in need of some work if you are going to make this a show truck. The usual stuff for these trucks. The PO did his own cab corners and rockers. So they need to be done again correctly see pictures. Rust bubbles are starting at the bottom of the doors a few places on the bed side and fenders. Nothing is really rusted through so you can catch it all early. The floors are solid except on small part of the driver’s side (just some minor cracks). One support piece on each side needs to be replaced see the pictures with the dollar bills. It’s not the best quality paint job at all but it’s better than it being all rusted. All the body panels appear to be original except the tailgate and the panel patches on the rocker and cab corners. Otherwise this is a solid start.
