1967 Jeep Commando in Athens-Clarke County, Georgia ID-8276

One of the original SUV's. V6 160hp, 225 cubic inch. 3 speed stick, 4 wheel drive. The paint and upholstery are recent. Tires are good. The hardtop is removable. Recent tune-up with new plugs, new battery, rebuilt carburetor, new muffler, new seat belts, repaired parking brake and regular brakes recently checked, repaired choke tube, new shocks, rebuilt clutch with new clutch slave, new temperature gauge, new ignition coil, new distributor cap and rotor, new timing chain and timing gears. Runs well. Wipers, fan blower work, and original Belleview Warn winch operate. There are very few left that look like they did originally. It's in good shape, runs well, and it's fun to drive.
Odometer reads 66350, but I drive it a some each week, so it will go up a little. The code on the engine block relates to 1967 manufacture date. 1967 is the year before the Feds required motors to correspond to VIN numbers. The stamp on the side of the valve cover reads "Jeep Dauntless V6". Very unlikely that this engine is not the original one. Don't miss out on this nice, rare, JEEP Commando.
Reasonable offers and since I won't have room for this car soon, I won't have room for trades either.
