1968 M35A2 Listing: 1968 Deuce & Half - 2 1/2 Ton 6x6 with **Air Shift** Front Axle, Full Tarp, Bow's, and Troop Seats. Owner has had this truck for a little over 6 years. Owner did a Lot of Work to this truck, including Many Upgrades and additions. Owner has put about 5,000 miles on it since we purchased it. It is in Good Running Driving Condition. Owner makes sure to take it for a short drive about once a month just to make sure everything is kept lubricated and in working order. Owner is 78 now and isn't able to drive it much anymore, as he had 'new' knees put in about 10 years ago or so, and now its getting hard for him to climb up into this truck, so he wants to sell it. Sometimes we do see it leak a bit of oil (few tablespoons when it stops) out of the transfer case, usually only if its a long drive on the highway. Once in a while the transfer case will 'kick out' into neutral, which from what I've seen on Steel Soldiers Military Vehicle website that seems to be a common issue with these. Which most guys just attach a bungee cord to the transfer case handle to keep just enough tension on it so it won't pop into neutral. It has a soft top that is in very good condition. There are two very small holes on the back side of the top where it rubbed a spot on the bed rails, but that's it. Could be repaired easily, but they've never let any water in. Also the bed cover is in great condition. This bed cover was originally for a M36A2 Deuce, which is exactly the same truck, but with a longer bed. It was in basically brand new condition when owner bought the truck, they had an upholstery shop to it down to fit this M35A2.
