1991 AM General M998 HMMWV “Humvee” – Complete Project Package, Licensed & Titled This 1991 M998 HMMWV is a fully licensed and titled, running and driving Humvee that was personally driven from California. Originally intended as a full restomod build for both on-road comfort and off-road capability, the project stalled – so we are offering it as a complete package with all parts included. ⚠️ NOTE: We are not parting this out.
