With only 340 miles on the odometer, she was built to run on the open road, the power plant was built by five star engines out of AZ, she turning over 450 brute horsepower out of the 454 big block chevy engine, mated to a Muncie M21 close ratio 4 speed transmission with a stage 2 clutch and hurst shifter. This replica started as a 1968 production big block corvette, just as Motion Performance cars began. I finished the car the summer of 2019 after a five year build. The car was a complete frame off, with no expenses spared. The paint is base coat/clear coat atomic orange metallic with house of color flake, with black Motion Performance stripes and the renowned ZL-1 nose stripping The body upgrades include FIA racing headlights, stinger hood, FIA wiper door delete, reversed side gills, dual chrome bullet sport mirrors, extended roof line, Le Mans fuel door, high lip spoiler, bubble tail lights, torque thrust style wheels with tri bar knockoffs. This car has a fantastic power to weight ratio thanks to the 454 motor pushing over 450hp. Some of the Coupes features include Hi Perf Pass block, Keith black pistons, Howards cam, large oval port heads with comp cams valve train, roller rockers, performance plus polished high rise intake, MSD tach drive distributor, Demon carburetor, with Motion Performance The car makes a wicked sound through the all stainless steel headers and side exhaust, while the aluminum 4 core radiator and hi flow aluminum water pump keeps everything running cool. The transmission is a rebuilt Muncie M21 4 speed close ratio with steel mid plate, and several performance minded upgrades, has a stage 2 clutch. The rear end is heavy duty big block corvette limited slip rear end with 3.08 gears. VBP performance Plus suspension consists of tubular upper and lower front control arms with dual mounting fiberglass spring, 1 1/8' sway bar, heavy duty tie rods, and KYB shocks, the rear suspension has tubular trailing arms, 330 pound rated fiberglass spring, adjustable strut rods, 3/4' rear sway bar with kyb shocks, with this performance suspension you can adjust the ride height over 2 inches. I have this same system on 3 of my Corvettes, it rides super smooth down the highway but handles like your on rails in the corners. The interior features all new black leather seats, door panels, carpet, gauges, console, e brake console, qtr panels, dash pad, pillar pads, 3 door, center dash bezel, with radio block off. Retro sound radio is hidden away in the storage compartment. Has a chrome tilt column with a leather Lecarra steering wheel.
