It's been sitting and someone has been pulling some part from motor.
I had it checked And motor will turn over by hand.
Missing list to check if motor will turn over

- Positive cable to Sol
- Positive cable from Sol to Starter
- Engine oil dipstick
- Oilfill cap

Shipping to US is to be paid by buyer and seller to make arrangements and drop off at shipping Depot.
