1970 AMC Javelin 232 six cylinder automatic...power steering. original bittersweet color with black inetrior.......This is a good running driving car ,registered and inspected in New York State, everything works. Very reliable, get in and drive anywhere while getting 25 mpg. Car is a good driver needing restoration. The horn ,temp and fuel gauge all work fine. Battery is good. changing system works fine. The vacuum wipers and manual pump washer work great....NOS carb, New HEI distributor , NOS wiper motor ,volt reg. ,heater control valve........added NOS Modine radiator, all new hoses, rebuilt water pump, HD cooling metal fan shroud. ... locking gas cap.......has after market stereo..............all glass is good.(clear not tinted) pass window is coming unglued and needs a little help to roll up. The exhaust manifold needs gasket, pipe and muffler are good Car has Ram-air hood , front spoiler , roof spoiler , trunk lid spoiler.....and rear window louvers (louvers are from a Hornet hatchback). V8 springs front and rear. body has some rust to rear 1/4 panels, trunk/tail panel seam , driver door lower corner (driverside door is not original to the car), front frame has a patch under the battery tray. front passenger floor pan need repair.......AMX hood had hood pins at one time and body work is lifting.....rear spoiler is from a later 1971-74 AMX. transmission works/shifts great............the rear axle is a model 20 from a V8 car......2.87 twin grip/posi original driveshaft balanced with new u-joints.................front brakes are V8 drum and factory V8 front sway bar added. the front springs are HD V8 springs.......rear springs are rebuilt V8 springs, they have been rebushed and banded with a leaf added to each.........The car is ready for your V8 engine...or have a complete 360 2bbl with 727 transmission ready to drop in and V8 crossmember available . Javelin has New rear brakes+wheel cylinders just installed.Doors: 2
