is a beautiful TRUE SURVIVOR 1970 Road Runner with the original 383ci V8 with 335hp and the original 4-speed manual transmission with a factory installed Hurst Pistol Grip shifter and a bench seat. It even has the original Steering Column Lock Instructions on the visor! It is unrestored and almost 100% original, including: Paint, Brake Pads, Interior, all underside, engine/transmission/rear-end. It is highly documented including the build sheet, order sheet, vehicle invoice, window sticker and more. The second owner purchased this vehicle on July 15, 2000 from the original owners, who purchased the car new in September 1970. It was driven only 56,000 miles prior to the second owners purchase. Now has 61,315 original miles although the Pennsylvania title reads exempt due to age. It is approximately 90% as originally produced at the factory. It is equipped with a high-performance camshaft, 9.5/1 compression ratio heads, electronic ignition system, 11-inch drum brakes and a heavy-duty suspension with anti-sway bar. The hood is equipped with the optional Air Grabber air scoop, which can be opened on demand from a dash mounted switch. All the components are factory original; all the numbers and codes match and are verified by a complete set of original documentation. The car has never been in an accident and has always been garage kept. The interior is original, except for the front carpet. Most of the paint is original, except for the rocker panels/wheel openings, where minor rust damage was repaired, and the hood. The original owners replaced the tires, battery, hoses, belts, master brake cylinder and rebuilt the original radiator. The second owner replaced the 4 brake wheel cylinders, the brake hydraulic hoses, the spark plugs, the starter and the starter relay. The brake shoes are original and still within required specs.
