1975 Mercedes Benz 450SL Cherry Red Convertible. This is a great German classic, low mileage 1975 Mercedes 450SL Convertible. It is a super nice driving, luxury sports car that I have had for many years. I hate to see it go but my garage is only so big and I don't drive it often enough to justify the space it is taking. You must see this car up close to fully appreciate how cool it is. It turns heads every time I pull up to a stop light or gas station. Equipped with the 4.5L V8 engine and 3-speed automatic transmission, this vehicle floats down the road effortlessly. It is in excellent shape for a 45 year old car. Power brakes, windows, and steering from the factory. The body is super straight and the cherry red paint, although not perfect, is in amazing shape. Both hard and soft tops are included with purchase. The soft top is brand new with no rips or tears. I have kept this car well maintained inside and out. All the chrome and stainless remains bright. It has newer tires with less than 1,000 miles on them. Motor and transmission are in super condition. I recently replaced the brakes, seatbelts, and starter. It fires up every time. It has 2 small cracks in the front dash and some minor upholstery stains near the rear of the car (see photos). Air conditioning does not blow cold, but who needs air when you drive with the top down? Heater works great if you want to use in the winter. It has never been in an accident. And my hula girl is always along for company so I remember to drive slow and enjoy the ride. If you have any questions or would like to view / test drive this vehicle please contact me.
