.1978 GMC C2500 Camper Special This truck has been in my family since originally driven off the lot. It was my Great Uncles and after he passed it had been sitting for a number of years until my son and I picked it up and began bringing it back to life! We enjoyed the journey and had a great time going through this truck and updating what was needed to make it a daily driver for my son for the past 3 years. He has now moved on to a more economical car being he left for college and its time for us to find a good home for this Legacy Truck. Majority of the below work was performed at Cooglers Auto Repair in Santa Rosa: New 350 GM Crate Motor with approx 7k miles New Edelbrock Performer Series 600 Carburetor with automatic choke installed New Automatic Transmission with approx 4k miles New Brakes Pads Front & Back New Brake Drums Rear New Brake Rotors Front Brake Lines Purged and New Fluid Installed Fuel Tanks removed, restored and reinstalled with all new hoses Fuel Tank switch (R to L) actuator installed New Fuel Lines installed throughout truck New Radiator and All Hoses installed New Belts throughout New Axle Flange Gaskets (5) New Firestone LT9.50R-16.5 Transforce HT Tires Fresh Mounting & Balancing New Spark Plugs & Wires New Distributor Cap New Fuel Filters New Distributor Rotor New Fuel Pump New Heater Core installed New Water Pump New Speedometer Cable Aftermarket Tachometer New Rear Wheel Bearing Seals (R & L) New Rear Main Seal New Oil Pan Gasket Seal New Oil Pressure Switch New LMC Printed Circuit Board for behind the dash New Power Steering Pump & Hoses New Crankshaft Seal New Fuel Caps New Retro Style Digital Bluetooth Stereo Installed New Kicker KS Series 6x9 Speakers installed behind the seat Kicker 1973-1979 Chevy Truck Speaker Kick Panels with A/C 6.5' 80 Watts installed Kicker Comp RT Single 10' Low Profile Subwoofer mounted behind the seat Kenwood Excelon 800 Watt 5 Channel Amp Dedicated Amp Cable from Battery New Speaker Wires installed
