1978 GMC Sierra is a a pleasure to own. The truck has an inline six motor the 250, which is one of the most reliable GM motors ever built and will last another 44 years without a hiccup. The 250 motor is paired with a 'three on the tree' manual transmission. This combination is robust and widely available. The truck never gave me any issues and starts first time every time, and drives like a charm. It has been maintained very well and recently had an oil change and was greased. The body could use some work as expected from a 1978 vehicle, see pictures. Clean title .
