1979 Chevy C10 Silverado – 350 V8, Auto, A/C, 2WD, LWB, Alpine Camper, Factory Original, Drives Like New! 1979 Chevy C10 Silverado – We search the US daily for the very best classic trucks and SUVs available. Kind of like what led you to this ad … except we do it 50+ hours a week. Our diligence landed this exceptional ’79 Chevy Silverado long bed into our inventory and we know it will make the next owner extremely proud to own. We originally purchased this classic Chevy from an older gentleman in CA who had taken very good care of her. The paint, trim, chrome, glass, and interior all look to be original and this C10 is a real time capsule. It features a period-correct Alpine Pick-Up Tops camper shell that has done a great job preserving the bed over the years. This C10 has been well maintained over the last 45 years and still shows extremely well. The only cosmetic flaws we noted are a few small paint chips, light rear bumper bend, door panels are showing their age, and light wear on the driver’s side of the bench seat and carpet. The engine is the original V8 which drives great and is very responsive. Everything mechanical has been inspected and works great. We have done a full inspection of the truck and it needs nothing that would give us any hesitation in driving it any distance.
