1984 CADILLAC YOU ARE LOOKING AT AN EXTREMELY NICE RUNNING 1984 CADILLAC DEVILLE LOWRIDER WITH HYDRAULICS ! RUNS AND DRIVES ! SUPER COOL 1984 CADILLAC DEVILLE LOW RIDER WITH CCE HYDRAULICS SETUP. THIS CAR IS A UNFINISHED PROJECT. THIS CAR RUNS AND DRIVES, MOTOR SOUNDS PERFECT, ONLY HAS BEEN LOT DRIVEN, BUT RUNS SMOOTH. 8 BATTERIES IN THE TRUNK WITH DELTA POWER HYDRAULIC PUMPS. IF YOU ARE LOOKING AT THIS CAR, TRUST ME - YOU KNOW MORE ABOUT THESE THINGS THAN I DO ! WHEN FLIPPING THE BUTTONS ON THE CCE CONTROLLER - THE FRONT HYDRAULICS SEEM TO WORK FINE - THE REAR ONES MAKE NOISE, BUT NOTHING HAPPENS. THIS CAR WAS PAINTED FLAT BLACK, AND THE ROOF WAS PAINTED WHITE. THE HOOD HAS SOME MARBLE GRAPHICS ON IT. THE CAR IS SOLID BUT NEEDS SOME LOVE TO MAKE HER PERFECT AGAIN. HAS SOME NEW CUSHIONS AND OTHER TRIM IN THE BACKSEAT. HAS 14' WHEELS ON IT. THIS CAR HAS AN ILLINOIS REBUILT TITLE ORIGINALLY ISSUED IN 1996.
