1995 Ford F-150 XLT – 5.0L V8, Daily Driver, Well-Maintained Well-loved and garage-kept 1995 Ford F-150 XLT long bed pickup, equipped with the legendary 5.0L V8 — the same motor found in classic 5.0 Mustangs. This truck has been a reliable daily driver and is in great running condition with 195,000 miles (will increase slightly with continued use). Key Features: 5.0L Ford V8 engine – strong and smooth Rear-wheel drive 3-speed automatic w/ 4th gear electric overdrive XLT package – power windows, power door locks, power side mirrors, cold A/C Dual gas tanks Dry-garaged since new – no rust Long bed with matching canopy, painted original Ford Fire Engine Red Recent Updates: New front tires (rear tires ~90% tread) Upgraded radiator (slightly larger for better cooling) New distributor, plugs, and wires Replaced battery LED headlights installed Instrument cluster replaced (speedometer failed) Aftermarket rear bumper and tailgate Salvage Title Note: The truck was lightly hit in the rear by a motorcyclist. Only the tailgate and rear bumper were damaged and replaced. No structural damage occurred, but due to inflated OEM part prices, insurance issued a salvage title. All repairs have been completed using high-quality aftermarket parts. Minor Issues: Speed sensor in rear axle has a damaged tooth — causes speedometer to wiggle between 65–85 mph and disables cruise control at high speeds. Radio fuse needs replacement (burned during battery swap when terminals were accidentally reversed). All affected lights and systems have been repaired. This truck has been well-maintained, dry-stored, and is still running strong. It’s an ideal choice for someone needing a dependable workhorse, weekend hauler, or potential classic truck collectible.
