Description
1967 Chevrolet Chevelle SS Tribute Convertible — a beautifully built muscle car with big-block power and outstanding presentation. Powered by a freshly rebuilt 396 V8 with approximately 3,000 miles since completion, paired with a smooth-shifting M21 4-speed manual transmission and a 12-bolt posi rear end. This Chevelle runs strong and delivers the classic big-block muscle car experience.
Finished with very recent paint that is exceptionally straight and clean, showing no noticeable scratches, dents, chips, or blemishes. Chrome and trim are mostly like new, and the convertible top boot is included. The interior is equally impressive and features an aftermarket dash setup with the original dash included in the trunk.
Additional upgrades include a quality stereo system with amplifiers and large speakers, power door locks, push-button start, power steering, and a March pulley system. Stopping power comes from upgraded 4-wheel Wilwood disc brakes. The trunk, floors, and frame are clean and solid, retaining mostly original undercoating with a professionally welded patch on the driver’s side floor.
Everything is reported to function properly aside from one high beam light. A sharp, well-built Chevelle tribute car that’s ready to enjoy and turns heads everywhere it goes.

Classic Chevrolet Chevelle Buyer's Guide
The Chevrolet Chevelle launched in 1964 as Chevrolet's mid-size A-body entry, and within two years it had become the foundation of one of the most successful muscle-car lineages in American automotive history. The 1970 LS6 SS454 Chevelle remains the high-water mark of factory muscle-car horsepower from the entire era — a rating of 450 horsepower from a stock 454 that put GM's Chevelle definitively at the top of the 1970 muscle-car hierarchy. Across fourteen model years (1964-1977), the Chevelle market is one of the deepest and most active segments in the entire American collector hobby — with documented original SS454 cars commanding six-figure money and clean driver-quality cars remaining attainable. This guide covers what every buyer should verify before paying premium money for any Chevelle SS variant.
