It has never been raced or wrecked, only street driven and shown. Power comes from a 383 Dart Little M stroker with splayed 4-bolt mains, Brodix aluminum heads and intake, Crane solid roller cam, Jesel valvetrain and belt drive, and an 830 CFM Holley carb.
Supporting components include MSD 7AL-2 ignition, electric fuel pump, electric water pump, aluminum radiator with electric fan, and custom headers with 3-inch Borla exhaust. The engine runs on 112-octane fuel. The drivetrain features a Turbo 400 automatic with trans brake, reverse-pattern TCI valve body, 4,500-stall converter, SFI scatter shield, line lock, and Ford 9-inch rear with Detroit Locker, 4.56 gears, Mark Williams axles, and a tubbed 4-link coilover suspension.
A 16-gallon fuel cell is mounted in the trunk. Safety and interior upgrades include a 6-point roll bar, Kirkey racing seats, and Simpson 5-point harnesses. The car rides on Weld Pro Star wheels with Mickey Thompson Sportsman tires.
All chrome and trim are new or refinished, and the engine bay is fully polished. A high-end Pro Street convertible with extensive receipts, built with top-tier components and significant investment throughout.

Classic Chevrolet Chevelle Buyer's Guide
The Chevrolet Chevelle launched in 1964 as Chevrolet's mid-size A-body entry, and within two years it had become the foundation of one of the most successful muscle-car lineages in American automotive history. The 1970 LS6 SS454 Chevelle remains the high-water mark of factory muscle-car horsepower from the entire era β a rating of 450 horsepower from a stock 454 that put GM's Chevelle definitively at the top of the 1970 muscle-car hierarchy. Across fourteen model years (1964-1977), the Chevelle market is one of the deepest and most active segments in the entire American collector hobby β with documented original SS454 cars commanding six-figure money and clean driver-quality cars remaining attainable. This guide covers what every buyer should verify before paying premium money for any Chevelle SS variant.
