Chevrolet Performance SP383 c.i.d EFI turnkey long block crate engines offer the strong pull of the proven 383 'stroker' combination and the contemporary convenience of electronic fuel injection, delivered with most of the engine accessories required to get the engine running in your project vehicle! SP383 EFI engines incorporate a port-style injection system, with the injectors plumbed in a carburetor-style intake manifold, and the throttle body mounted in the conventional position of the carburetor, which allows for a traditional air cleaner and a classic appearance. Chevrolet Performance SP383 EFI turnkey long blocks are rated at 450 hp and a stout 436 lb.-ft. of torque.
The turnkey assemblies are delivered with the distributor and damper installed. The throttle body, starter, air conditioning pump, alternator, single-belt front-end accessory drive system, and more are also included.
