1951 Chevrolet 3/4 Ton Tow Truck, Yes the tow winch works, has small block 400 engine truck will run enough to drive onto a trailer. needs some TLC. FLoor boards need replaced brakes need gone through and a fan installed for the radiator to not overheat. This is a project. I have never seen another one like it.
