I have a 1954 Chevy 210, that needs little work, minor interior work, heater needs repair, it needs a new dome light a new speedo cable, the locks don't work and the driver side front door window needs to be reattached to the mechanism it was running until the gas tank got replaced... (there is gas in the tank). the passenger side inner rocker pannel needs fixing it has a bunch of new parts but has never to the best of my knowledge ever gone a frame up restoration. it has approximately 16110.2 orig. miles, although the speedometer is reading 16063.0 but I have documentation from the previous owners of what they believed was the approximate mileage.
