1957 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz is arguably the epitome of 1950s elegance, excess and sophistication. Only 1800 were ever built and each one retailed for $7200 when new. When combined with the wrap-around gull-wing style bumper treatment, dramatic egg-crate grille Dagmars and Sabre wheels the Biarritz exuded an unexpected sporting curb appeal. Under the hood resides a silken 325hp 365ci V8 engine which was crowned by the instantly recognizable bat-wing air cleaner painted gold dual 4-barrel carburetors and was backed by a 4-speed Hydra-Matic transmission.
