1957 Porsche Speedster Convertible replica with only 2,800 miles! My Speedster was meticulously built in 2015 by *Vintage Speedsters in southern California and is a stunning reproduction of an original 356 Speedster in an original color palate. An original, restored Speedster sells today for upwards of $300,000.00. This car is as close as it gets and is less than 2 years old and about 1/10 the price. It is powered by an upgraded 1915cc engine with dual Weber carbs, producing 120hp through a custom-made stainless steel exhaust system that makes it sound as great as the car looks. It looks - runs - drives like new and has the upgraded 15' custom, chrome wheels w/Porsche-logo hub caps and front disk brakes. The saddle leather interior is also in like-new condition. There are only 4800 kilometers (2500 miles) on the metric odometer since new and is in near-new condition, having been well cared for by its former owner . The car includes a tan canvas soft top, 2 sets of side curtains and tonneau cover. The previous owner purchased the Speedster on the west coast during a photo shoot of a Southern California wedding for Town & Country magazine, http://www.townandcountrymag.com/the-scene/weddings/g1948/real-wedding-tennis-court-california/ and shipped back to the east coast in the summer of 2015.
