1962 Olds Cutlass F-85 Cutlass Convertible Why This Car Is Special We have a 1962 Olds Cutlass F-85 Cutlass Convertible that was restored in 2020 here at Skyway Classics that looks great and has a cool style, great features, and solid original aluminum V8 power to make it a great classic that is also affordable. It is a survivor looking classic of an era of cars that had styling that was truly ahead of their time with power, grace, and looks. Mechanical Specs Our 62 has a rebuilt V Aluminum V8 with the original red painted factory air cleaner with a Cutlass F-85 decal on top, finned aluminum valve covers, factory type distributer, Power Steering, factory cast iron exhaust manifolds. The engine is backed with a later model automatic 700R4 overdrive transmission and runs and drives as new with it having a smooth gliding feeling on the road as well as a luxury feeling too with power when you step into the gas. It rides on Chrome wheels with trim rings and black sidewall tires. Interior The restored two-tone interior with bucket seats in the front and matching rear seat is in amazingly great condition and presentation and looks as it did back when it was new. It has black carpet, Power Windows, Custom Auto Sound system, the Factory Console, chrome automatic shifter, matching door panels, dash with all the factory gauges, Heater/Defroster, the factory steering wheel, as well as a Power Convertible Top too. Exterior The beautiful restored red paint shows off the bold curves and sharp body lines on our convertible and is boldened by the chrome trim and front and rear bumpers, with smooth lines from front to the rear. It has chrome vent wings and looks graceful from any angle and has a combination of style, power, and grace that only the 60's cars had. Even the underside chassis looks as it did back then with it being painted and detailed.
