1964 Chevrolet Corvair Monza Convertible – Manual | Runs & Drives | Classic Cruiser Up for sale is my 1964 Chevy Corvair Monza Convertible—a fun-to-drive classic that’s full of vintage charm. This is a non-turbo model with a manual transmission, and it’s been a joy to own. I really don’t want to let it go, but life has other plans, and it’s time for someone else to enjoy this unique car. Key Details: Engine: Flat-6, non-turbo Transmission: Manual – shifts well, though 2nd gear pops out occasionally Mileage: 25,000 (TMU) Title: Clean Title Top: Power convertible top works mechanically – needs assistance coming up and canvas replacement Interior: White – fair condition Body: Convertible, 2-door Condition Overview: Runs and drives great – a solid cruiser with lots of personality 2nd gear pops out, a common quirk on older Corvairs Front end had some damage, but I’ve mostly repaired it Convertible top mechanism works, but the canvas needs replacing Interior and exterior are in fair condition overall – not perfect, but very presentable This car has been well-loved and still turns heads.
