1968 Chevrolet Caprice Convertible Why This Car Is Special The Chevrolet Caprice was manufactured from 1965-1996 by General Motors. It was the most popular full-sized American car that was made in the sixties and seventies. First offered as a sport sedan option in 1965, the Caprice became its own luxury series in 1966, with a host of accessories.
