NIAH INC presents a brilliant 1975 914 1.8 Targa. Featured in Porsches Malaga Red (L30C) with a Parchment interior, this car has only 18,670 miles. This car has one high-quality respray in the original color. In 2007, the car was sent to a known Porsche expert, was partially disassembled and a full mechanical and selective cosmetic restoration, retaining its original sheet metal. With the exception of a new carpet kit and a couple trinkets, the interior remains outstanding original which speaks of the integrity of the car and ownership when acquired. The undercarriage and engine compartment are nicely detailed, and the car is mechanically excellent. Everything functions properly and the car is a delight to drive. Power is by the 1.8L flat 4-cylinder engine rated at 72 HP. With the 5-speed gearbox, contemporary road testers turned 0-60 in about 14 seconds. The car includes the optional appearance group which adds leatherette-covered steering wheel, leather boot for the gearshift lever, dual-tone horn, center console with gauges and clock, and bumper-mounted foglamps. The 914 is known for its spacious and comfortable interior and balanced handling typical of a mid-engine car. Our car has all original body panels with no evidence of ever having rust or damage.
