1978 FORD F250 CREW CAB SHORT BOX 4X4 Someone swapped the chassis to a 1979 F150 half ton chassis. 400 V8 engine with a 4 speed manual transmission and power steering and brakes. It is a running and driving project with a very solid body and runs and drives good but you would want to check it over more thoroughly before driven many miles. The engine seems to run very good and the transmission shifts fine and the 4 wheel drive works with new rear drive lines and new front axle joints. Passenger side wing window is broken and windshield needs replaced. Someone has welded in new metal over the rear wheels and other trouble spots so there is little to no rust in the body, but the body work still needs to be done. The front floors will still need a patch or replaced but the cab mounts and rear floors are all nice. 15' Ford factory wheels and Cooper tires. Bucket seats in the front and rear bench seat out of something more modern. This is a very solid running, driving 78 dent side crew cab, hard to find and a great start for a project truck that you can drive as is or restore.
