Own a Piece of Muscle Car History-1978 Bandit Trans Am! This is an authentic Y88 SPECIAL EDITION with a high-output 400-ci V8 engine VERIFIED BY COWL TAG. VIN 2W87Z8N152162 along with both W72 Performance package and WS6 Performance package, making it a very strong muscle car. This Trans Am captures the Smokey & The Banit spirit while maintaining the collectability of a real Y88 (although we use this car for fun and not showing). Black-on-black 1978 Trans Am Y88 Special Edition with Fisher T-Tops and T-Top leather storage bags. Fully restored by Nostalgia Auto Restoration in Massachusetts - to show quality with gloss black finish (prior to the restore the car was Gold on Gold). Car includes Power windows, power door locks, glove compartment trunk opener, bucket seats, and classic Trans Am instrumentation, rear window defroster, back window louver, upgraded to exhaust headers, cruise control, tilt steering wheel, sun visor with lighted mirror, silver 15 x 8 snowflake rims with BF Goodrich tires 50 series and air shocks. It had 97,833 original miles before installing a remanufactured 400-ci V8 engine, the current mileage is 103,343 with 5,510 miles of that on the remanufactured engine. This Bandit is ready to rule the road again. Fully restored and runs like a dream.
