1980 Mercedes Benz 450SL Roadster with 81K miles. I have only put on about 800 miles since owning it. (I bought it in 2019 from the ORIGINAL OWNER).This is TRULY a 1 owner car. This car was bought from an estate sale I went to and the Original owner, to my understanding, was not well in health and had since passed (unfortunately). The car is 100% complete and original! It runs and drives Very well. IT'S RESTORED! THIS CAR COMES WITH A FOLDER FULL OF RECEIPTS AND RECORDS SINCE THE 80’S!!!!!! Its Fully DOCUMENTED I have replaced and restored The following: ALL of the fluids, including the fuel pump, the ignition system, plugs, filters, wires, seals, some gaskets, fuel lines, distributor, wires were replaced. Sits on BRAND new tires and Good chrome wheels (16’s) from the SL500. (I have original wheels, chrome is not good on that set 15’s.) Those come with the car. THE BODY HAS BEEN COMPLETELY RESTORED PROFESSIONALLY. ALL RUST HAS BEEN CUT, REMOVED. THE PAINT IS IN PRISTINE CONDITION. HAS BEEN BROUGHT DOWN TO BARE METAL, PRIMED, AND 3 COATS OF PEARL METALLIC MERCEDES BLACK PUT ON, 3 COATS OF CLEAR. CAR IS LIKE GLASS. ANY ISSUES FOUND OR WEAK SPOTS WERE CUT OUT AND NEW METAL WELDED. IT HAS A BRAND NEW SOFT TOP BUMPERS HAVE BEEN MODIFIED TO SIT AS EURO SPEC BUMPERS DO. FONT AND REAR... THEY SIT FLUSH ON THE BODY THE DASHBOARD HAS A CUSTOM MOLDED AND FITTED COVER FRONT LAMPS PAINTED TO MATCH, NEW RUBBERS ALONG DOOR SILLS Seats and wood work I have not replaced. But the entire car has been restored. It may still need a few things but overall Its been all professionally done. Seats are original and drivers seat could use some restoration, The wood work should be replaced.
